Travis Kibota

Travis Kibota is a Biology Professor at Clark College, a position he has held since September 1994.  Currently, his main teaching assignments are Microbiology and Human Genetics. Travis has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from UCLA and Master of Science and Doctoral degrees in Biology from the University of Oregon.

Travis’ research specialty was ecological genetics but he considers himself more of a broadly-trained biologist. He has taught a diversity of courses including General Biology, Environmental Biology, Botany, and Bioethics at Clark College, and Research Methods, General Genetics, and Biometry at local four-year universities.  Travis lives with his wife and three children in Vancouver, Washington.
